Calling Croydon

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield

As part of Croydon town centre’s redevelopment, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield launched Phase 2 of its activation programme. The brief called for large-format environmental graphics – including window, floor, and feature wall vinyls—to be installed in high-footfall areas.

The challenge was to create bold, clear visuals that would attract attention, guide visitors to exhibition events, and drive traffic to the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield website, all while working within practical and budget constraints.

My Approach

Working closely with the design team, I adapted existing brand assets into a cost-effective, visually-led solution suited to large-scale application.

I produced high-resolution artwork optimised for large-format print, ensuring messaging remained legible and impactful across different surfaces and viewing distances. Alongside the design delivery, I advised on practical considerations such as sightlines, spatial context, and socket placement, helping to ensure the final installations worked effectively within the physical environment.
